For the past few months we have been working with Nominet Trust and Action for Children on an exciting film for a new project. While we can’t disclose too much about the film until it’s finished and released we can reveal that it involved filming a great project involving young people in Scotland. We have multiple filming days with Action for Children in Scotland with the first being completed back in February and there is another this week.
For the shoot in February, we sent Jay and Scott to Edinburgh to get some great footage of the project in action. Mother nature apparently decided it wasn’t going to be easy however and while they were north of the border the so called ‘Beast from the East’ arrived in the UK which has brought with it some particularly cold weather with snow, temperatures of -2 degrees and -20 degree winds in some places.
Nonetheless they fought the beast and managed to get some great footage in Edinburgh and are made their way back to Sheffield safe and sound with the van heater on full blast.
Today and following on from sending Jay and Scott into the heart of Scotland in February, we once again sent them further north to film with Nominet and Action for Children again in a follow up shoot that will eventually end up in the same film. They are currently underway with filming some great interviews and cutaways to ensure the film is a great end to end journey. As a bonus they also got the great photos that you can see in this article.
We are enjoying working with Nominet and Action for Children on such an important project that closely aligns with our company philosophy. We will provide some more updates from this film as the film progresses and we get closer to delivery and final release of the film.
