Modern Slavery Statement

oXyFire Media Creative Ltd is committed to conducting business in a way that is ethical, transparent and respectful of people. We have a simple guiding principle across everything we do: be nice. That means treating people fairly, paying properly, and working with others who do the same.

This statement is made in accordance with Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and outlines the steps we take to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within our business and supply chain.

Our Business

oXyFire Media Creative Ltd is a UK-based video production, live broadcast and streaming company. We work with a network of freelancers, suppliers and specialist partners to deliver projects across the UK and internationally

Our Approach

We operate with a people-first mindset. Whether working with employees, freelancers, suppliers or clients, we expect everyone involved in our productions to be treated with dignity and respect.

We do not tolerate any form of:

• Forced labour

• Human trafficking

• Exploitation or coercion

• Unfair or unsafe working conditions

Our Supply Chain

Our supply chain is made up primarily of:

• Freelance crew and technicians

• Production partners

• Equipment and technology suppliers

We work with trusted individuals and companies, many of whom we have long-standing relationships with. We take a practical, risk-based approach to supplier engagement, ensuring that anyone working with us shares our values and standards.

Where relevant, we:

• Set clear expectations around fair treatment and professional conduct

• Include appropriate contractual terms covering behaviour and compliance

• Expect partners to operate in line with UK law and good industry practice

Policies and Practices

We support our commitment through internal policies and working practices, including:

• Fair pay and compliance with National Minimum and Living Wage requirements

• Equal opportunities and inclusive hiring practices

• Clear expectations for professional behaviour across all roles

• Safe working environments on all productions

• A culture where people feel able to raise concerns

We also continue to formalise our governance and supplier standards as part of our ongoing business development.

Training and Awareness

Our team and regular collaborators are expected to understand what modern slavery is and how to identify potential risks. We promote awareness through onboarding, communication and project briefings where appropriate.

Reporting Concerns

We encourage anyone working with us to raise concerns about unethical behaviour or suspected exploitation. Concerns can be raised directly with senior management and will be taken seriously and handled appropriately.

Ongoing Commitment

We recognise that preventing modern slavery requires ongoing attention and improvement. As our business grows, we will continue to review and strengthen our policies, supplier relationships and internal processes to ensure we are doing the right thing.
