Brief:
To support Wildfire PR and Acquia in developing/producing content as part of the new YHA (England & Wales) digital strategy. We were tasked to produce an engaging case study film detailing YHA’s partnership with Acquia and Microserve explaining how they assisted and improved the digital development of the company.
Our Approach:
By interviewing Head of Digital, Jon Smith and Ecommerce Manager, Ben Griffiths from Youth Hostel Association to spine our story, we extracted the narrative decided on during our creative briefing session. A second days shoot at a Youth Hostel gave us the opportunity to set up mini-story narratives and a customer journey which were all edited together in post-production to create the final film.
