To celebrate this milestone, we’re sharing something simple yet meaningful. A game we call ‘15-peg solitaire“. A small challenge. A moment of focus. A reminder that play is not just for spare time. It is a tool for unlocking imagination, nurturing problem solving, and sparking the kind of ideas that lead to brilliant work.
The rules are easy. The possibilities are endless. And the journey from the first move to the last peg is a quiet reflection of the creative process itself. Try. Fail. Try again. Discover something new.
So this year, we’re inviting you to Play It Forward.

How to play

1. Start with the board fully filled
Place a peg in every hole except the top, which remains empty.

2. Jump like Drafts
Jump a peg over a neighbouring peg into an empty hole (like Drafts)

3. Remove the jumped peg
After each jump, take the peg that was jumped over off the board.

4. Continue making legal jumps
Each turn consists of one jump only. Keep making legal jumps to clear as many pegs as you can.

5. Finish with just one peg
The goal: finish the game with a single peg left

6. Take a picture, share your success
