Event live streaming

Professional live streaming production for corporate events, conferences, awards and festivals across the UK.

Bring your event to audiences wherever they are watching. We plan and produce live coverage with multiple cameras, clear sound, branded graphics and a streaming setup matched to your venue and platform.

We work with your event team from the initial brief through rehearsals and the live programme. Together, we agree what viewers will see, how they will access it and which recordings you need afterwards.

Live event broadcasting, planned around your venue

Every location brings different requirements for camera positions, sound, power and internet access. We review those details with your team and plan the connections between the production equipment, the streaming platform and the audience.

Our equipment includes Blackmagic cameras and switching, with Pepwave cellular connectivity and Starlink available for suitable productions. The brief determines which systems we use and how we test the primary connection and backup route before going live.

How it works

1. Brief and audience: Agree the event format, venue, viewing platform, access requirements and deliverables.

2. Production plan: Plan cameras, crew, sound, graphics, connectivity and coordination with the venue team.

3. Preparation and rehearsal: Check programme cues, presentation material, audio and the stream at its viewing destination.

4. Live programme and handover: Produce the event, monitor the stream and deliver the agreed recordings and edits.

Great value live streaming, Jay and oXyFire are at the top of their game both technically and in reputation. Cheaper and more discrete than a full OB truck, yet able to offer most of the features of a full blown OB.

Frequently asked questions

What does event live streaming production include?

It can include cameras, live direction, audio mixing, graphics, connectivity, streaming and recording. We agree the production scope around your event, venue and audience, including how we will work with any existing AV or production team.

What internet connection does our venue need?

We assess the connection available at your venue against the planned broadcast. Where additional resilience is needed, we can plan suitable cellular or satellite options. The connection and backup approach are tested as part of preparation.

Can you provide venue screen feeds as well as an online stream?

Yes. We can plan camera feeds for venue screens and LED walls alongside the online programme. Our event video production service covers the filming, screen feeds and recording requirements.

Can we receive a recording afterwards?

Yes. We agree the recording and editing requirements before the event. These may include a complete programme recording, individual sessions, highlights or clips for later use.

What affects the cost of live streaming an event?

The scope depends on event duration, camera and crew requirements, venue access, connectivity, graphics, viewing destinations and recordings. Share your date, venue, running order and audience requirements so we can prepare a suitable production proposal.
