Event Video Production
Multi-camera video production for conferences, festivals and live events, including live feeds to screens, recording, streaming, sound and branded graphics.
“You focus on the event. We’ll make sure every important moment is seen, heard and captured.”
Jay Rozanski, Creative Director
Event video that works in the room and beyond
Good event video production gives every audience a clear view of what is happening. We film conferences, festivals, performances, launches and awards with a joined production plan for cameras, sound, screens, graphics and recording.
oXyFire Media can provide the complete multi-camera video team or work alongside your venue, staging, lighting and event partners. We plan each camera position and signal route around the audience, the programme and the content you need after the event.
What we produce
- Conference and exhibition filming
- Festival and live performance coverage
- Awards, launches and public events
- Live camera feeds to screens and LED walls
- Full event and isolated camera recordings
- Highlights, interviews and social content
Each production is scaled to the venue and brief, from focused event filming to a larger live programme with several cameras, screens, remote contributors and online viewers.
One production team for cameras, screens and content
Multi-camera filming and live direction
We design the camera plan around the stage, room and running order. A live director follows the programme, chooses the strongest shot and coordinates the crew so speakers, performances and audience reactions become one coherent production.
Live feeds to screens and LED walls
For events using image magnification, often called IMAG, we supply live camera feeds that help people throughout the venue see the detail. We coordinate with the screen, LED and staging teams and provide the agreed programme feeds in the formats they require.
Sound, graphics and playback
Professional audio, presentation feeds, films, titles, branded graphics and lower thirds are planned as part of the same programme. Clear responsibilities and tested signal paths keep the content moving throughout the event.
Recording, highlights and live streaming
We can record the complete programme and useful isolated camera feeds for editing. After the event, the material can become highlights, interviews, speaker sessions and social content. When the audience also needs to watch remotely, our live streaming service provides the distribution workflow.
A practical process for event filming
01 Understand the event
We confirm the audience, venue, stage, running order, screens, speakers, performances and required deliverables. This creates a shared brief for oXyFire, the client, the venue and every production partner.
02 Design the camera and signal plan
We plan camera positions, lenses, crew, audio, graphics, playback, screen feeds, recording and connectivity. Access routes, cable paths, power and venue restrictions are covered before the production arrives.
03 Prepare and rehearse
Presentations, films, titles, performances, remote contributors and audience interaction are checked with the running order. Rehearsal gives presenters and production teams clear cues and a shared understanding of the programme.
04 Produce, record and deliver
On the day, we direct the live coverage, communicate with the venue and manage the agreed programme feeds. After the event, we deliver the recordings and any planned edits in the required formats.
Production designed for real venues and live pressure
Event spaces create practical production challenges. Camera positions need useful sightlines, screen feeds need the correct format, audio and video need to stay aligned, and every department needs a clear communication route.
Our team works in conference venues, arenas, festival sites, theatres, offices and unusual locations across the UK. For larger or technically demanding programmes, our outside broadcast and remote production capability adds flypacks, OB trailers, resilient contribution links and remote workflows.
Event experience backed by real productions
Our event video work spans corporate communications, live music, arts, education and broadcast. The Reminisce Festival production captured performances and crowd energy for live and future audiences, while Ghosts in the Ruins used a twelve-camera workflow across Coventry Cathedral and its historic ruins.
Those projects demand different creative choices and technical systems. The shared discipline is a production plan built around the audience, the event and the final destinations.
